30th Birthday campaign
The first ever Retail Promotion run for a Funeral Insurance business in South Africa. Campaign elements included radio, a poster, flyers, social posts and staff badges. The normal conversion rate for leads to sales generation on a store level is +/- 100 monthly. The first week of the promotion we had a conversion of 300 sales. Call center volumes increased 3 fold (had to extended call center hours from 6 pm to 9 pm). Combined “likes” on Facebook of +/- 20 000 for 3 posts (base of 10 000 page likes). Return on investment for a small campaign was astronomical.
